Here's a more recent one with the Holden Commodore Indicators fitted, and the rim stickers

Nice and clean!
Love seeing our older bikes still in good original shape!

On a side note... those rim stripes. I like'em. I always wondered if those were stick-on or painted-on... on the bikes I've seen with them.

Are they hard to put on? Do they hold up to the elements and last for years?

Hi Rip, thnx.
I used FROZZIE brand Rim Stickers, they also glow in the dark :D comes in a roll, so you can add bits elsewhere with the remainder.
You need to be very patient when fitting, but not difficult, a nice bourbon to keep a steady hand
Mine have been on for 5+ years and no probs. I wipe the wheels down with a bit of Kerosene on a rag and no effect on the stickers.

Nice! Especially for 15 years old. The Maroon paint scheme is my favorite, but yours is a close second.

In the second picture are you running Bridgestone tires and Michelin decals? :roflmao:

Well found rich, yeah the moke has been a labour of love, 25/9 is International Moke Day so keep your eyes peeled for the mokes in your area. Spent today fitting a water heated manifold to the moke. Didnt neglect the Yam though cleaned and lubed the chain after a quick squirt in the Adelaide Hills.

My Yam still going great and at this stage still being avoided from upgrading. When you're on a good thing, stick to it.
I have been looking with interest at the Yammy MT09 and the Triumph Street Triple as my upgrade options.

Anyway I needed to replace the Sprockets and chain. I went with original Yam ones so the front has the cushioning sprocket.
Added a little bit of Bling with the GOLD chain. Went DID VRX 530,
I considered swapping down to 520 series but couldn't see any real benefit for the extra $$
